G-advisory is the consulting arm of the Garrigues Group. Founded in 2000, it specializes in providing technical, economic and strategic advice on energy, sustainability, climate change, environment, social and governance matters. G-advisory has offices in Madrid, París, México City and Santiago de Chile, In the energy sector, G- advisory is one of the better placed firms to carry out technical due diligence in the context of M&A or financing transactions related to generation facilities of different technologies, such as photovoltaic, wind, biogas, termosolar, hydro, waste to energy facilities, etc. G – advisory also acts as supervisor for the construction and commissioning of renewable facilities, and has an extensive knowledge of the electricity wholesale markets and the regulatory environment in all those jurisdictions where they have offices.
